Truly horrific - seriously the worst flat white I’ve had in Canberra. I couldn’t finish it, or get the attention of staff to complain.

Much too much foam on top (the tide was out underneath), grim and bitter, with no flavour under the bitterness. Possibly several cups had been drawn through those grounds beforehand? Sure, it’s a busy chain chocolate shop so you wouldn’t expect much, but this was ghastly.

If you have 3/4 of an hour to kill (very slow service) the hot chocolates are pretty nice, but not quite Koko Black.

Very meh flat whites. Very weak, boiling hot, and sad. (They also microwaved my friand until it turned into dry sponge cake, though I think it was already very old!) Apparently the milkshakes are nicer.

Usually OK flat whites, sometimes a bit too hot. Certainly nothing exciting - I mostly come here for the muffins.

Located top floor, near the cinema and food hall.

Reasonable for mall coffee - Kaldi beans. Be kind to the serving staff (who often have English as a second language) and speak clearly. :)

Quite nice flat whites, which is a shock in this mall! Food service is a bit haphazard, being more of a deli. I’m not a fan of the strong smell of pig fat that fills the room (the other half can’t smell it though).

Always consistent coffee. Unfortunately closed down last time I was there.

Drinkable coffee with slightly horrible ambiance. Coffee would be better if it wasn’t so hot. The crepes are OK but a bit overpriced.
