Best coffee I’ve tasted in Canberra. Consistently good and always trying to do better.
Consistently good coffee. Ricardo’s is always very busy on weekends (brunchers, parents with kids on the swings outside). All day breakfast is available.
Ricardo’s coffee is always great and consistent. Flat white in a cup is smooth creamy with a hint of bitter. If you want your coffee stronger go for the mug and the bitterness is stronger. Dogs are welcome outside. Breakfast is great all day long.
They always give me extra Marshmallows with a hot choc- which is cute. The take away flat whites are always tasty and not full of too much foam…(amazing how you can ask for a flat white some places and it’s choc-a-bloc full of foam.) A good place for a coffee on the run- and the big breakfast is a must! Nom nom nom.
Seems to be the cafe of choice for Belconnen’s retirees. Do a decent long black, but disturbingly ask if you want it in a “cup or a mug”.
Why oh why would you think that a long black should come in a mug.

Milk was a bit scorched and my flat white was a lot stronger than the norm, otherwise quite drinkable. Really lovely pastries. The shabby chic furniture is cute but really uncomfortable.

Friendly and casual, but I don’t think these guys get too many espresso drinkers. Too thin. Tamp harder. The Jindebah beans don’t help. It’s only a few hundred metres to Beppe’s at the markets. Go there.
