EQ Cafe Lounge
Lots of staff, not very helpful or interested, end up getting own menu and water.
Tried a few dishes. The only after taste is salt, coriander and chilli.
Pity the location is handy and like to have somewhere different to go locally.
Guess it is back to the cafe in Beaver Gallery. Not cheap but don’t have the feeling of thrown my money away.
Good coffee with a friendly smile (except from the manager).
The owner is very rude and has no respect for his customers. I will never go back to this cafe ever! Life’s too short ……..I’d rather drink my coffee with some respect somewhere else …….Feel sorry for his staff who are really good people. Please avoid this cafe if you can !!
I had a great piccolo here along with a hearty paleo breakfast (paleo on the menu is no surprise given there is a Cross Fit gym right next door).
The coffee was certainly pretty good, but packaged up the whole experience was exceptional. There are plenty of tables which are spaciously laid out on their large semi-shaded deck and loads more inside. On a nice day like today it made for a supremely relaxing setting.
I’d not considered EQ for a weekend breakfast before assuming it was just a weekday office worker’s haunt, but it is open and has an eclectic mix of patrons. From what I could tell there were three rough categories, cyclists, cross fitters and Cayman drivers.
