Had heard so many great things about this place. Was a little let down really. Latté tasted a little too burnt, and espresso seemed a bit stale and overly bitter.
To be fair, I’m holding this place up to the best cafes in Melbourne, and it’s still a pretty good coffee compared with the crap you get in most cafes.

Located in the middle of the Prahran market, I was expecting something a little more creative than the standard (and burnt) coffee I received.

Taking great care with their product, and time with their customers, this place offers up a great brew and unexpected quality in the heart of Prabhan Markets.

Really good coffee. Maybe could have done with a bit more punch but otherwise fantastic - good flavour, perfect temperature. Pricey but, hey, its Chapel St!

Sorry Amici but the waiter forgot my order twice and when my latte finally came the milk tasted like it had been boiled. :(

Macchiato was burnt, with an overabundance of milk froth crudely dumped on top. This cafe is very large, so the wait for both service and coffee was slow. Still, their tarts and other baked treats were quite tasty.
