I had one good cup of coffee there. The next time I came, I had the worse I’ve ever had bar none. I ordered a soy cap. It arrived with *no* foam and tasted off. I asked for another. They took the same cup back to me and said, ‘that’s how we make our cappuccinos here.’ I challenge anyone to find someone who thinks a cap should not have foam. The worse part was the brash, rude way my legitimate concern was dismissed.
Great cafe with a bit of a grungy, rockabilly vibe in the heart of The Hills district, that uses beans from Single Origin Roasters in Surry Hills.
These guys undisputedly make the best coffee in the area, and are easily on-par with the best I’ve had in Sydney or anywhere else.

Coffee at Gloria Jeans not fantastic but when you need a coffee it’s ok. However if staff stopped socializing and talking among themselves you may even get served and on your way in a decent time.
