Average coffee, rude staff who seemed miffed I was only ordering coffee by telling me it would be 20 minutes (it took 5 - they were just looking for reasons to make just coffee unattractive). Wish such a nice setting was run by people who cared!

Average coffee, average breakfasts, average service and expensive. Only thing it has going for it is it’s beautiful setting and canine friendly attitude.

Beess & Co. is worth visiting for the pleasant outdoor eating area, where you can enjoy the dappled shade and a view of the tree-lined Yarralumla streets. The coffee here is pretty nice, as is the food (if all for above average prices). Still, likely th…

Nasty flat white today, though it improved slightly further down. Strong taste of grounds. Nice pastries, though.

Everything else was shut so we reluctantly tried this. Undrinkable long black; one star because I’m a positive, upbeat kinda guy.

First sip was scolding. Second sip was 15mins later still too hot. By then it was kind of pointless. My decaf soy cap was not surprisingly below average. The cafe is okay a bit canteeny, no chai but perhaps if I got a diff coffee it might be okay.

Located in the foyer of the Australian Royal Mint, it literally is a coffee cart. The barista was very friendly and it’s always nice not paying extra for a decaf. But my soy decaf cap was just okay. It’s a well lit cafe and the money making models are p…
