Take Thyme Out Cafe
New owners - used So Good for the soy lattes which is never a good starting point. The ads on the takeaway cups are a little embarrassing. Coffee was okay, as in it was drinkable, unlike with the last owners.
I want to support local small business—I really do—but the coffee is no better than shopping mall quality. Expect a 15-20 minute wait, even if you are the only customer (and you often are).

Drinkable flat white but a bit weak (i.e. great by tourist place standards!). The views are really lovely, and they have a balcony which it’s probably too windy to go out on much of the time. :) Small coffee discount for Pedal Power members.
