The Little Marionette (Balmain)
I’ve only just started coming here regularly since moving house a week ago. So I just sat down on a Saturday afternoon and before I could make my order I was asked ‘strong latte?’ (my usual order) how awesome is that?
The coffee is great, service obviously awesome and I’m about to tuck into a Peking duck wrap. Nom.
Great little hole-in-the-wall cafe. Two flat whites were great. Good temperature and nice smooth taste. Staff offered us rugs to sit in the park and even walked our coffee and food over to us! Park service - outstanding!
I love this cozy little place. I’m sitting on a Chesterfield on a rainy long weekend enjoying my piccolo latte, which I’m informed comes as a double ristretto as standard. The hipsters behind the counter are super friendly, make awesome food and play David Bowie.
The coffee is consistently excellent as they roast their own in the Annandale shop. It’s not a big place, and can get pretty busy. If it’s packed you can grab a blanket and take your coffee to the park.
