The Bean Bank Coffee House
Fantastic coffee and food at a great price always feels good but this place is something else. I rely on it every day to get the kickstart i need to have a great day at work. What can I say, great food and the best coffee for miles around. Love going to the bank!!
I was introduced to The Bean Bank by a friend and it has since become my go-to place for coffee! Great place, really friendly staff, and great coffee! If you like a good coffee, you’ve got to give bean bank a go.
The bean bank is one of those small, independently run coffee houses located up here in the northern rivers. They feature both Merlo coffee, as well as their own bean roast called ‘Bean In Love’.
Their menu offers a wide range of drinks, including some out of the ordinary drinks (Espresso + Soda, and Espresso over Sweeted Condensed milk). I tried both of those, as well as a regular single shot espresso. Out of all three drinks, the Espresso with condensed milk came out on top, followed by the single shot espresso.
The café is fairly laid back, featuring two lounges as well as several tables (and one quite hard to reach table located above the main entrance, which lacks a stairs to access). The staff are friendly, and the food offerings certainly look tasty.
While their coffee is good, the extra 1.5 stars are reserved for those café and coffee houses that really go the extra mile, for me, Bean Bank is just a rather decent coffee house.

Great little cafe tucked in an arcade just across from the beach. Single origin beans were available, so my strong latte was very smooth.
