Jindebah Cafe
I experienced some of the cognitive dissonance previous reviewers allude to in their coffee adventures here. Jindebah appears to take coffee seriously (in, albeit, a PS cafeteria setting) but the actual beverage produced doesn’t measure up. In my case a cappuccino seems well made but is a bit weak and has no magic.
The chai latte was just not good! It was very syrupy and I couldn’t finish it. It was surprisingly disappointing as they appear to know what they’re doing.
This cafe apparently fronts Jindebah’s own roasting facilities, and they offer a huge range of Australian beans for direct sale, so I was expecting something special from an espresso made in-house. My macchiato turned out to be a little thin and bitter, which was a bit disappointing.
