Totally depends on the barista. The owner makes good coffees, the waitresses make burnt ones.
A little exy but thus place saved me whilst working in a crappy ps job. A place to hide and enjoy a great coffee!! They also make a kick ass tiramisu!! Consistently great since 2004!!!
A rather nice office building café hidden away a little from Moore St. Some upmarket-sounding meals also unfortunately mean an upmarket priced coffee. My take away double macchiato was very nice but quite expensive at $4.30.

This feels like any other run of the mill office café, but I was greeted with a smile and served an entirely decent art-topped double macchiato (including a query from the barista as to how I would like it). You can do a lot worse than that.

I go here nearly every morning - cappuccino and a warm croissant. The coffee is always smooth and fairly aromatic. Regardless of the barista (and it’s nearly always the same person) I’ve never had a bad cup.
