Ordered a Long Macchiato and the first red flag was when the guy asked “what size?” “umm, small, I guess”.

When I got my order, the cup felt heavy for a double shot. Opened up the lid and it was a filled to the brim with some watery brown liquid with no resemblance to what I’d ordered [Pic] http://yfrog.com/74r28vj

Undrinkable. I could make a cup of instant coffee that tasted better.

Also got a chocolate croissant which was cold and stale.

Avoid like the plague.

Also the address is misleading and even correct woul…

Hipster-y café tucked away in Degraves Lane. Not altogether horrible, but burnt and a bit lifeless.

Cute little theme cafe at the City Library. Pleasant and mild flat whites. The blackboard menu is fairly simple: mainly pastries, but also toasted sandwiches with a poached egg on top.

It was Melbourne Cup Day, so perhaps their attention was elsewhere, but somehow they managed to serve me a croissant that was simultaneously stale, cold and burnt. The coffee didn’t fare much better: tepid, burnt and rather tasteless. I didn’t even fini…
