Cafe Cibalia
Tucked behind the deservedly bustling Tonic, Cibalia offers a quieter, cosier café experience. Their coffee is decent enough but doesn’t match the finesse of their more popular neighbour. My order on this visit was a short macchiato, and I received a latte’s worth of milk.
